Today I shall talk about the ingredient that is always available in our household i.e curd or yogurt. In skincare the benefits of the curd are undeniable. We all know some benefits curd in skincare i.e. curd makes skin glowing, it helps to digest properly and if we consume curds every day in our meal it helps to reduce our body fat. If we use a homemade curd in our meal as well as in our skincare routine then both our health and skin will improve.
If we start discussing the benefits of curd for the skin, we must discuss that curd has various multivitamins. Zink, calcium, lactic acid, alpha hydroxyl acid, protein, vitamins, and also contains probiotics.
The benefits of CURD for the skin:
- Curd contains ZINC which helps to remove any kind of blemishes such as acne scars, pigmentation, etc. People who are suffering from acne, curd helps to fight the new acne and reduce old acne and acne scars.
- Curd contains lactic acid which moisturizes as well as hydrates the skin and makes skin smooth and lactic acid also helps to reduce the problem of open pores.

CURD in Facial Skin Care routine
If you want to do a curd facial, then the necessary steps are below.
Step1: After cleansing the face properly mix curd with two drops of essential oil and a few drops of lemon juice and make a paste. Massage the paste well in the skin for five to seven minutes then wipe it off with a wet face towel.
Step2: This is the step for exfoliation. Take orange peel powder, curd, oatmeal powder, parsley leaf paste, and turmeric essential oil, mix it well and make a paste .massage the paste in the face for 5 to 7 minutes then wipe it off with a wet towel. This will remove the dead skin cells and makes the skin glowing.
Step3: Take curd, few drops of honey, cucumber juice, carrot juice, aloe vera juice , chioronji paste, orange essential oil, and 1 teaspoon of rose water, mix all the ingredients very well and make a face pack. Put this face pack for 15 to 20 minutes, after that rub the skin gently and wash the face with water.
Step4: apply moisturizer or sunscreen. It is the last step.
In this facial water is never used because curd has a little water. Since this facial has no chemical so it has no side effect and gives you a long-lasting glow to your face. This facial makes the skin moisturized and tan free. Curd facial is effective for all types of skin and hydrates the skin very well. It is effective also on aged skin and helps to reduce wrinkles makes skin tighten and brighten. Thi card facial do wonder on acne-prone skin too, it helps to reduce acne from the skin.

This pack makes your hair smooth and shiny and your dandruff problem will go.
